You should have received an email notifcation that is entitled 'New private message at The Fans Perry.com' after you apply for a meet and greet. This email will include your meet and greet request details. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this. This email is also viewable in your user dashboard. You can view your meet and greet status by going to your user dashboard.

We cannot sell The Band Perry official fan club memberships to children under the age of 13 years old and/or knowingly gather their data due to COPPA. However, we deeply value our young fans and will do our very best to accommodate all fans young and old. If a parent or legal guardian with The Band Perry official fan club membership is selected for a meet and greet with The Band Perry, we will allow one (1) additional child under age of 13 to attend accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All meet and greet rules apply to any children attending meet and greets with a parent or legal guardian and TheFansPerry.com reserves the right to change this policy at anytime without notice and/or to deny access to anyone at anytime in their sole discretion.

If you are logged in with your paid fan club membership you will see the presale button beside the tour date. No presale code is necessary. This button is only visible to fan club members. Meet and greet photos can be found by going to Tour and then Past Dates. Then select the show you attended. It can take up to five days for all of the photos to be posted, so we appreciate your patience. If its been five days please email [email protected] and inquiry about your photo. Thank you!

No, the community is absolutely free. You are able to post in the community feed, add friends, share videos and photos, read the latest news and more! There will be a Paid Level of the Fan Club which will be available in the coming months.

Go to My Dashboard, located at the top left of your screen. In your account, click on edit in my account. You can enter a different e-mail address in the space provided and new password, then click on save at the bottom. You will have to confirm with the email that will be sent.
